These terms are an agreement between you and Access Pilot, Inc. (“Access Pilot”, “we”) governing your use of the Access Pilot application and the Secura intelligence layer during the private beta. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
Access Pilot inventories the accounts, subscriptions and senders connected to your inbox, and helps you act on them — keep, secure, unsubscribe or delete. The service is provided on an “as-is” basis while in beta: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Access Pilot.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials confidential.
- Connect only mailboxes you own or are authorized to analyze.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access another person’s data, probing or disrupting our infrastructure, reselling the service, or using it to send unsolicited mail. We may suspend accounts that put other users or the service at risk.
4. Actions taken on your behalf
Outbound actions — such as sending an unsubscribe request — run only under the approval model you choose in Settings, and are always recorded with a receipt. You remain responsible for reviewing what Access Pilot proposes; protected categories (banks, healthcare, employers, government and security notices) are excluded from automation no matter how a rule is written.
5. Your data
Your content remains yours. How we collect, protect and delete it is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Secura’s findings are inferences from your mailbox, presented with evidence and confidence — they can be incomplete or wrong, and are not legal, financial or security advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Access Pilot’s aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim (during the free beta: zero).
7. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Access Pilot at any time and erase your analyzed data from Settings. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
8. Changes
We will post updated terms here and announce material changes in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
